Part of: Ledger Redesign — spec §11, §13

Goal: Test coverage and final content.

Files: apps/*/tests/*, content via Wagtail admin on staging

Acceptance:

Block render tests for trust strip, promises, steps, FAQ, and the new hero fields (sample data, template renders)
Template smoke tests: every page type returns 200 on a minimal tree
Filter view test (issue 44); search suite green
pytest + coverage pass; makemigrations --check clean
Spec §13 content checklist: every copy item verified authorable in Wagtail (hero fields, trust strip, promises, journey, FAQ, CtaBlock, SiteSettings, page fields) — no content hardcoded in templates
Real values authored on staging: trust strip facts, promise wording, rates, journey steps, FAQ questions, contact email, disclaimer, biography content + portrait photo
Placeholder markers removed from templates where copy is hardcoded

Notes: Close the milestone only when this ships.
