Part of: Ledger Redesign — spec §4 · winning design: "The Guided Path" (mockup .claude/scratch/vatty-mockups/individuals-2.html)

Goal: Rebuild the individuals index + practice-area pages per the winning mockup.

Files: apps/clients/templates/clients/individuals_index_page.html, practice_area_page.html

Acceptance:

Index head: mono kicker "For individuals" + Marcellus h1 "Start here. It's simpler than you think." + lede from IndividualsIndexPage.intro
Split layout: left sticky rail — "Where do you fit?" card (three self-sort questions, mono numerals) + "Not sure at all?" card with booking CTA; right numbered scan list (01–08): serif title, dotted leader, rate pill, one-line short_description
Ink promise band (three promises, Marcellus, sand lead) closes the page
≤900px: rail un-sticks (position: static) and stacks above the list
Practice area page: Ledger styles — rate pill, short_description, rich_text body, Calendly pill
Empty state styled; all strings {% trans %}-wrapped; utilities only (spec §6); 900px breakpoint (spec §9)

Notes: Chrome copy per mockup; data from existing fields (title, hourly_rate, short_description, body). The sticky rail needs one small @utility-free CSS trick (position sticky is a built-in utility).
