Part of: Ledger Redesign — spec §4 · winning design: "The Docket Sheet" (mockup .claude/scratch/vatty-mockups/attorneys-1.html)

Goal: Rebuild the attorneys index + case-type pages per the winning mockup.

Files: apps/attorneys/templates/attorneys/attorneys_index_page.html, case_type_page.html

Acceptance:

Index head: mono kicker "For law firms" + Marcellus h1 "Overflow coverage, handled." + lede from AttorneysIndexPage.intro
Rate-sheet entries: No. 01 mono, Marcellus title, dotted leader, rate pill from hourly_rate, one-line short_description below
Right rail: dark ink panel — 4-step engagement (mono numerals, "Conflicts checked before any work begins" footnote) + "Coverage notice" paper-2 card with booking CTA (Calendly via existing modal / SiteSettings.calendly_url)
≤900px: sheet stacks, rail drops below; pills stay on their line; no overflow
Case type page: Ledger styles — rate pill, short_description, rich_text body, Calendly pill
Empty state ("No case types listed yet.") styled, not broken
All strings {% trans %}-wrapped; utilities only (spec §6); 900px breakpoint (spec §9)

Notes: Chrome copy per mockup; data from existing fields (title, hourly_rate, short_description, body).
