Part of: Ledger Redesign — spec §2.2, §6

Goal: Self-host the three Ledger families as woff2.

Files: virtual_attorney/static/fonts/, virtual_attorney/assets/styles/app.css, virtual_attorney/templates/base.html

Acceptance:

Marcellus 400, Work Sans 300–800, IBM Plex Mono 400/500 (latin subsets) in static/fonts/
@font-face blocks with font-display: swap and real fallback stacks
Preload Marcellus + Work Sans in base.html head
No external font requests at runtime; OFL licenses noted
Old Crimson Text / Lato files removed if no longer referenced

Notes: All three families are SIL OFL; download from Google Fonts.
