Part of: Ledger Redesign — spec LEDGER_REDESIGN_SPEC.md §2, §6

Goal: Establish the Ledger design tokens in the Tailwind v4 theme and reset base styles.

Files: virtual_attorney/assets/styles/app.css

Acceptance:

Tokens from spec §2.1–2.3 added to @theme (colors, Marcellus/Work Sans/IBM Plex Mono font vars, radii)
Global p { margin: 1rem } and h2 overrides removed
Body defaults to paper background, ink text, Work Sans
bun run build:css compiles cleanly; no visual breakage beyond the base reset

Notes: Mockup: .claude/scratch/vatty-mockups/ledger.html.
